Step 1
Application form
To proceed with your puppy application, please contact us. We will provide you with a link to our online application form, the application form helps us get to know you better. Following its review, we'll reach out for a personalized discussion about which upcoming litter and timeline could be your ideal match, and guide you on the puppy size that would best fit your family.
Step 2
Deposit settlement
Once approved, securing your place with a $500 deposit will add you to our waitlist.
Step 3
Puppy selection
Our puppy selection process begins when the puppies are six weeks old. We conduct a thorough temperament assessment and, in conjunction with the details from your application, will guide you toward the puppy that is best-matched to your family's lifestyle. We firmly believe that temperament outweighs considerations of gender or color. The 70% of the total price will be due once your puppy has been selected.
Pre-Pickup Guidance Session
Step 4
Prior to pickup, we will schedule an online meeting to provide comprehensive guidance on feeding, training, and caring for your new puppy. This is also the perfect opportunity to address any questions or concerns you may have, especially if you are a first-time dog owner.
Step 5
Ready to go home
Our puppies are ready to join their forever homes at 12 weeks of age. By this time, they will have received their first three rounds of vaccinations, been well-socialized with our adult dogs, and undergone noise desensitization. Our goal is to send home a healthy, well-prepared, and confident companion. The remaining balance of the total price will be due on the day of picking up the puppy
Payment
We only accept payment by bank transfer, Alipay or WeChat pay; we do not accept cash or cheques and we are unable to accept any form of card payment.
